Aquatics

The Courts Plus pool deck features a 25 yd. fitness pool, coed dry sauna, whirlpool and access to our outdoor patio. The controlled temperature of 81-83 degrees makes swimming, water aerobics and water exercise a definite must. The lap pool’s dimensions are 3 ½ -4 ½ feet deep, five lanes and 75 feet long (36 laps equals one mile.) There are at least two lanes available for lap swimming except during family swim and pool parties. Water aerobics classes are scheduled during all seasons. Pool Hours

The hours for the Courts Plus lap pool are as follows:

• 5:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Monday through Friday (all year)
• 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. - Saturday (Sept. 1-May 31)
• 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Sunday (Sept. 1-May 31)
• 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Saturday & Sunday (June 1 - Aug. 31)

Family Swim is held Fridays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Sundays from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

The pool will close occasionally for private rentals. Private pool rentals are only available Fridays beginning at 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays beginning at 7:00 p.m. Any pool closings for rentals will be posted at the service desk at least one week prior to rentals.

Water Aerobic Classes

Water classes accomplish all the goals of a well-designed fitness program. It’s safe, low impact exercise for effective cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, toning and dynamic flexibilities which improve active range of motion. All these components are deemed necessary for a healthy and active lifestyle and are provided without the harmful side effects of high-impact activities. Classes are FREE for Courts Plus members. Swimming skills are not necessary for joining our classes.

Family Swim

Courts Plus offers Family Swim every Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Sundays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. A certified lifeguard will supervise Family Swim. All children must be accompanied by an adult (age 17 or older). The fees for Family Swim are as follows:

*There is a fee for children who are not registered on a Family Membership.

Pool Rules

• No diving is allowed in the pool.
• Lifeguards are on duty for family swim and private parties only.
• Children under 17 years of age may swim only during designated, family swim hours or at private parties when lifeguards are on duty.
• Children under 17 are not allowed in the sauna, whirlpool or steam rooms.
• A soapy shower is required before entering the pool and whirlpool.
• No street shoes are allowed on the pool deck.
• Swimming is at your own risk. Solo swimming is prohibited.
• If 12 or more participants are in an aquatics class, it is necessary to use three lanes for safety reasons.
• Pool closes at 5:30 p.m. on Sundays for weekly maintenance.
