Studio
One (Aerobics Studio) is located on the lower level of the facility.
This 2,340 sq. ft. studio features a hardwood suspended floor to
maximize shock absorption and a top-of-the-line stereo system. The
studio has mirrored walls, air-conditioning, and is equipped with
mats, hand weights, tubing and other in class exercise equipment.
Classes
are offered seven days a week and range from low impact/low intensity
to high impact/high intensity formats. Classes feature instructors
who are certified by the American Council of Exercise and/or by
the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Instructors follow
the guidelines for safe and effective exercise while teaching fun,
motivating classes. Our group exercise staff is committed to providing
you with the best group exercise program in the area as well as
the latest trends of group exercise.
The
group exercise program at Courts Plus offers over 50 classes per
week that are FREE for courts plus members. Members can choose from
a variety of group exercise classes including Cardio Kickboxing,
Chi Motion, and our newest group strength training class, P.U.M.P.
Pursuing Ultimate Muscle Power.
Studio
Two (Multipurpose Room) is located on the upper level. Special programming
classes are offered in this space for an additional fee. Our specialty
fitness classes include: Spinning®, Yoga, Pilates, LifeStyle and
Weight Management, Belly Dancing, Tai Chi, Karate and more. Please
