Plus is a community facility, owned and operated by the Elmhurst
Park District. If you're new to the community or haven't visited
the facility, stop by and see all the features and services
Courts Plus has to offer.
Health
and Fitness Combo Pack
Do
you have a health or fitness New Year's resolution? This combination
of great services will give you the best opportunity to achieve
that resolution. This package is also perfect for a first
time exerciser, a regular exerciser not seeing the results
they want or anyone serious about achieving their health and
fitness goals. The package includes a fitness assessment,
three personal training session, and a nutrition evaluation.
The price for the combo is $175 for members and $225 for non-members.

- Fit 4 Life youth-oriented gym and fitness program at Courts
Plus
Fit
4 Life is a youth-oriented gym and fitness program located
at Courts Plus, designed to provide a sound, progressive training
regimen that will help young people begin a lifelong journey
of health and fitness. Youth ages 6-15 years old will increase
cardiovascular fitness, improve strength and enhance athletic
performance by using the gym. Fit 4 Life will have both strength
and cardiovascular training equipment.

menu features breakfast options as well as lunch or dinner
selections. A variety of coffee drinks and Dr. Smoothie's
complete line of nutritious smoothies and additives are available.

Courts
Café also offers a new catering and party program.
Courts Café has everything needed to create

Vending
for Vitality machines are available when the cafe is closed.
The machines have coffee, drinks and healthy snacks.

Park
District Policy Prohibits Cell Phone Use in Locker Rooms
The
Elmhurst Park District has a policy prohibiting the use of
all cell phones and any photographic devices (i.e. cameras)
in district bathrooms and locker rooms. The intent of the
policy is to protect the privacy of park district facility
users by preventing the taking of unauthorized photos by devices
that can be easily concealed or go unnoticed (such as a camera
phone). The district is banning all cell phone use in these
areas because it is not always possible to distinguish at
first glance which phones are also cameras.
"To
protect the privacy of all District customers, the Park Board
felt that it was imperative that the District create a policy
banning the use of cell phones and photographic devices in
locker rooms and bathrooms due to how easy it is to conceal
picture phones," states Richard Grodsky, Elmhurst Park
District Executive Director.
Courts Plus is asking our members to assist
us in abiding by this policy. Please leave your cell phones
at home or in your vehicles or stow them in your bag prior
to entering the locker rooms. Cell phones are not allowed
on the pool deck, in the locker rooms, fitness floor or group
exercise studios. Please go to a hallway, the lower level
tennis lounge or the café upstairs to use your cell phone.
