Meeting with a Courts Plus Nutrition Consultant will help you develop an individualized program to meet your specific needs. Nutrition Counseling Services
Nutrition Counseling Services Include:
- A review of medical, diet and lifestyle history
- Calculation of energy and nutrient requirements
- Identification of possible deficiencies and/or excesses
- Provide an individualized meal plan that supports your nutritional goals
- Educational materials to help you stay on track after the session
- Follow-up appointments as needed

Kelly Quinn-
Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Marywood University and a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from Northern Illinois University. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Illinois. She is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and as a Nutrition Support Dietitian by the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Her workplaces have included health care, educational and fitness settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, universities, and more. She is often a presenter for community and corporate groups as well as nutrition, nursing and pharmacy students. She has been the recipient of several awards such as Emerging Dietetic Leader, Recognized Young Dietitian and Outstanding Dietetic Educator. |

Julia Valerio-
Julia grew up in the Elmhurst area and went to York Community High School. She attended University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where she obtained her Bachelors in Dietetics/Nutrition. In 1996, she completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She worked as a clinical dietitian at MGH for 7 years, and at the end of her tenure there, she began graduate studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In 2004, she completed her Masters of Science/Physician Assistant training, and moved back to the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Her professional interests include weight management and medical nutrition therapy for such conditions as diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease. |
