Courts Plus offers a variety of tennis lessons and leagues for both junior and adult players. Listed below are the types of Lessons available along with information regarding questions about our programs:

Courts Plus offers indoor league and lesson programs from the second week in September until the third week of May. Outdoor programs are available from the second week in June until the third week in August.

Courts Plus offers singles and doubles indoor tennis leagues for both men and women ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 levels. League play is divided into two sessions: September-January and January through May. A lottery for league positions is held each year with remaining spots being made available after the lottery. You must be rated and a member of Courts Plus in order to participate in a league.

Courts Plus offers Traveling Teams for both men and women involving competitive matches with other Chicagoland and Suburban Tennis Clubs. You must be a Courts Plus member in order to participate in the travel team program.

• Mighty Mites (ages 4-7)
• Junior Beginners (ages 8-18)
• Junior Advanced Beginners (ages 8-18)
• Junior Intermediate (ages 8-18)

These programs are for Advanced Juniors who wish to further their competitive tennis skills. The programs are for Juniors, ages 8-18. You must be placed into this program by the Junior Tennis Coordinator. Class levels are as follows:

• Junior Excellence I
• Junior Excellence II
• Junior Super Excellence

Private lessons are also available for junior and adult players. Private lessons can be made individually or for a group up to 4 people.

We have open court times available all hours of the day. Permanent court time is available to all Members on a seasonal, pre-pay basis. Open court reservations may be made up to six days in advance. Those making reservations in person have priority over persons reserving over the telephone.

Courts Plus sponsors several tennis tourneys, special events and socials throughout the indoor season. Please check the bulletin boards in the Tennis Lounge for information regarding these events or telephone the Courts Plus Service Desk.

Members may play wallyball or 2-on-2 basketball in a designated racquetball court by making a court reservation. Wallyball parties are welcome with a required advanced registration.
