You can plan your own party by renting any one or any combination of the following Courts Plus areas:

Party packages are available if you are interested in both a traditional party set up and having time at our pool or climbing wall.

Don't have time to plan a party? No problem. You can select one of the great parties pre-planned by Courts Plus Staff. We will provide everything from games to decorations to clean up. No more spending hours cleaning the house! No more spending extra money and time buying decorations or party games!

Kids Plus

* Table cloths are a solid color, and paperware is white styrofoam. General decorations of sports, girl power and birthday are available. Renters may bring in own decorations and paperware if they wish to have a specific color or character.

Ultimate Party Plus
Ages 7 and up

Party Plus with use of both the climbing wall and pool. This party includes one hour in the party room, one hour at the climbing wall and one hour at the pool. This party package includes all of the benefits of Party Plus with an extra hour of fun!

Fees:

$260 for up to 15 participants - $11 for each additional participant

General Rental Information

• If the primary renter is not a Courts Plus member, a $25 surcharge will be added for each rental with up to 25 guests and a $50 surcharge will be added for rentals with 26 guests and up
• Reservations are required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for all rentals.
• ALL rentals require a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve the space and a $25 damage deposit that will be refunded via mail after the rental if no damage to the facility occurs.
• Balance of payment is due one (1) week prior to rental date.
• Youth groups (participants under the age of 18) are required to provide at least one (1) adult chaperone (18 years and older) for each area of the facility being used including the locker rooms. Groups with participants aged 15 and under must also have at least one (1) adult per eight (8) youths in each area.
• There is a $25 fee if outside food, other than cake, is going to be brought in.
• Waivers MUST be signed in order to participate in either a climbing wall event or a pool event. All participants must have a signed waiver on file. All participants under the age of 18 will be required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• All participants must receive a copy of the Rules and Regulations regarding facility rentals

Climbing Wall

Availability

Friday	7 p.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday	2 p.m.-9 p.m.
Sunday	12 p.m.-6 p.m.

Capacity

• Up to 25 participants can be accepted
• One (1) instructor will be provided for every five (5) participants

Fees

Monday Through Thursday

• $7 per person for 1st hour
• $50 per group for each additional hour
• $25 each for additional belayers

Saturday And Sunday

• $10 per person for 1st hour
• $50 per group for each additional hour
• $25 each for additional belayers

• Fee includes use of harness, shoes, and instruction.
• Participants MUST be at least 6 years of age in order to climb
• Belay Certification is available, and recommended, for at least one (1) group chaperone - no charge

Swimming Pool

Availability

Friday - Year-round	after 9p.m.
Saturday - Sept. through May	after 7p.m.
Saturday - June through Aug.	3:30p.m.-5:30p.m.

Capacity

• Up to 100 participants can be accepted
• Groups of 1-25 participants: 1 lifeguard included in fee
• Groups of 26+ participants: 1 lifeguard required for each 25 participants or portion thereof - see additional fees below.

Courts Plus Members

• $130 for one hour
• $185 for two hours
• $25 for each addtional lifeguard

Non-Courts Plus Members

• See General Information section on surcharge of at least $25

• Use of approved pool toys is permitted
• Participants MUST be toilet trained or wear swim diaper

Conference Room:

• Room Rental only: $40 per hour
• Room Rental with pool/wall rental: $20 per hour

• Room Rental only: $20 set up fee, $60 per hour
• Room Rental with pool/wall rental: $20 set up fee, $35 per hour

• Standard meeting set up included with Conference Room
• $50 set-up charge for parties over 100

• Tennis parties require a minimum of three hours court time.
• All wallyball and racquetball group rentals require a minimum of two hours court time.
