Party packages are available if you are interested in both a traditional party set up and having time at our pool or climbing wall.

Kids Plus

Party Packages
Ages 6 and up

Party Includes:

• Invitations*
• Primary color room decorations*
• One hour in our party room with games and activities
• One hour at the climbing wall, pool or Fit 4 Life
• A t-shirt for the guest of honor

• Lifeguard for pool and/or climbing wall staff and/or Fit 4 Life staff

* Renters may bring in own decorations and paperware if they wish to have a specific color or character.

• $195 for up to 15 participants - $10 for each additional participant.

Ultimate Party Plus
Ages 7 and up

Party package with use of two Courts Plus areas: Climbing Wall, Swimming Pool, or Fit 4 Life Gym and one hour in the Multipurpose Room. This is a three-hour party package.

Fees:

• $260 for up to 15 participants - $11 for each additional participant.

General Rental Information

• If the primary renter is not a Courts Plus member, a $25 non-member surcharge will be added.
• Reservations are required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for all rentals.
• ALL rentals require a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve the space and a $25 damage deposit that will be refunded after the rental if no damage to the facility occurs.
• Balance of payment is due one (1) week prior to rental date.
• Youth groups (participants under the age of 18) are required to provide at least one (1) adult chaperone (18 years and older) for each area of the facility being used including the locker rooms. Groups with participants aged 15 and under must also have at least one (1) adult per eight (8) youths in each area.
• There is a $25 fee if outside food, other than cake, is going to be brought in.
• Waivers MUST be signed in order to participate in either the climbing wall, pool, or Fit 4 Life. All participants must have a signed waiver on file. All participants under the age of 18 will be required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• All renters must receive a copy of the Rules and Regulations regarding facility rentals

Climbing Wall

Availability:

Capacity:

• Up to 20 participants can be accepted
• One (1) instructor will be provided for every five (5) participants

Fees:

Monday - Thursday

• $7 per person for 1st hour
• $50 per group for each additional hour
• $25 each for additional belayers

Saturday and Sunday

• $10 per person for 1st hour
• $50 per group for each additional hour
• $25 each for additional belayers

Additional Information

• Fee includes use of harness, shoes, and instruction.
• Participants MUST be at least 6 years of age in order to climb

Swimming Pool

Availability:

Capacity

• Up to 100 participants can be accepted.
• Groups of 1-25 participants: 1 lifeguard included in fee.
• Groups of 26+ participants: 1 lifeguard required for each 25 participants or portion thereof - see additional fees below.

Fees

• $130 for one hour.
• $185 for two hours.
• $25 for each addtional lifeguard.

Additional Information

• Use of approved pool toys is permitted.
• Participants MUST be toilet trained or wear swim diaper.

Conference/Multipurpose Room

Capacity

• Conference Room - 15 participants maximum.
• Multipurpose Room - 100 participants maximum.

Fees

Conference Room:

• Room Rental only: $40 per hour.
• Room Rental with additional rental: $20 per hour.

Multipurpose Room:

• Room Rental only: $20 set up fee, $60 per hour.
• Room Rental with additional rental: $20 set up fee, $35 per hour.

Additional Information

• Standard meeting set up included with Conference Room.

Court Sports-Tennis/Racquetball/Wallyball

Capacity

• Tennis - 4 persons per court.
• Racquetball - 4 persons per court.
• Wallyball - 10 persons per court.

Fees

Tennis:

• Friday - $15 per hour per court.
• Saturday & Sunday - $13 per hour per court.

Racquetball/Wallyball:

• Monday thru Sunday - $15 per hour per court, minimum 2 hours.

Additional Information

• Tennis parties require a minimum of three hours court time.
• All wallyball and racquetball group rentals require a minimum of two hours court time.
