Youth Climbing Programs
Introduce your kids to the fun of climbing through our climbing wall programs, including RocKids, Crazy Climbers, and Friday Fun Climbs. Kid climbers set goals, work on climbing technique, and learn the use of climbing commands, as well as exercising their creativity to design challenging routes for the class to accomplish.
The climbing wall is open to anyone ages 6 years and older. Children under the age of 11 may not belay, though children between the ages of 11-16 are allowed to belay after completing a youth climbing class. Children ages 11-13 must have an adult supervisor within the Courts Plus facility unless they are participating in a class. Contact the Courts Plus service desk at (630) 833-5064 for Youth Climbing Wall program registration information.
Adult Climbing Programs
It's never too late to learn to climb! Participants in Adult Rockers and Bouldering Basics learn proper rope management, belaying techniques, how to secure the harness and the use of climbing commands. Adult Rockers also incorporates different climbing techniques for adult climbers only. Contact the Courts Plus service desk at (630) 833-5064 for Adult Climbing Wall program registration information.
