On Monday, August 13, Elmhurst Park District and Elmhurst College representatives came together to celebrate the completion of the recently renovated turf fields at Berens Park.
The redevelopment of the sports courts at Conrad Fischer park is completed! Last resurfaced in 2005, the courts were also repainted and restriped to provide several sport opportunities.

The Elmhurst Park District held a dog park planning open house on Thursday, July 12 at The Abbey to solicit feedback from residents on a future dog park.
The playground equipment at the Conrad Fischer playground has been assembled and set and concrete footings were poured. The installation of safety surfacing will begin soon.
The Berens Park Synthetic Turf Project is completed and the fields will reopen the week of July 9, allowing summer camps and team programs to again make use of the fields.
