The Elmhurst Park District invites you to attend the 2nd annual “State of the Park District” address on Monday, October 2 at 7 p.m. at the Wagner Community Center, 615 West Avenue.
This presentation aims to provide a current look at District projects, accomplishments and future plans, while also serving as an introduction and overview of how the Park Board and District staff work together to serve the entire Elmhurst community. This year’s address will highlight the recently completed Vision 2020 Comprehensive and Strategic planning process.
“The State of the Park District address is just another way the District can communicate with residents,” said Executive Director Jim Rogers, “We look forward to providing the information and receiving feedback from community members.”
Networking will begin at 7 p.m. The presentation begins at 7:15 p.m. and will conclude at approximately 8:00 p.m. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
