• April 1 – April 30, 2019: Applications are available at the Wagner Center and on our website at www.epd.org. Go to “Programs” then “Rec Station Before & After School Care.” Rec Station downloads are on the right side of the page. Completed applications will be accepted ONLY in person at the Wagner Center and will be held for processing. Participants MUST enroll in Auto-Pay. The first payment will be processed upon registration. Subsequent payments will be charged on 9/1, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/2, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1.
• April 30, 2019: Applications received by the close of business on April 30 are processed by random draw in the registration order below:
1. Returning participants who have been in Rec Station the entire 2018-19 year
2. Siblings of returning participants
3. New participants
Applications received after the close of business on April 30th will be processed on a first come/first served basis for any remaining vacancies. Please note that many sites will already be full by this time. It is imperative to meet the April 30th deadline!!
• August 1, 2019: Registration for the 2019-2020 Rec Station program ends at the close of business on this date. Any application received after the close of business on August 1 will be held until after September 3rd for processing if there are any remaining vacancies.
Please note: Should you wish to withdraw from Rec Station before the start of the school year, you must submit a withdrawal request by the close of business on August 1 in order to receive a refund for your initial payment. No refunds will be given after this date.
• September 3, 2019: Registration re-opens for any remaining vacancies.
