In addition to the great outdoors, the Elmhurst Park District owns and operates Courts Plus, a health and fitness facility dedicated to providing an array of classes, amenities, and services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Courts Plus memberships are available for both residents and non-residents and are offered for a discounted annual payment or on a month-to-month basis. The group exercise program at Courts Plus offers over 70 classes per week that are free for Courts Plus members or with a daily pass purchase. Choose from a variety of group exercise classes including cardio class offerings, BodyPump, Zumba, Zen and BodyCombat, all offered in our state-of-the-art studios. In addition, Courts Plus offers a variety of fitness programs requiring individual registration. There are classes designed exclusively for kids, including Zumba Kids, and some new concept adult fitness classes like Walk to Run 5K and Tai Chi. Courts Plus offers a multitude of group training options for adults, from women-only classes to bootcamp programs. Group training sessions utilize weights and circuit training to achieve maximum results.

Mom and Baby Boot Camp - ages 17 years and older
A postpartum health and fitness routine is the best way for new moms to regain their confidence, their energy and their figures. The camp combines strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Babies and their strollers will be integrated into the workout as much as possible. This eliminates the need for childcare and offers a great bonding opportunity for mom and baby.
Pre/Postnatal Water Exercise - ages 16 years and older
Refresh and rejuvenate throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period with a special pre & postnatal water workout! This class is designed to be very effective and comforting to your changing body. Great workout for postpartum moms to safely strengthen your pelvic muscles and body after birth. For pregnant moms, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of ‘weightlessness.’ Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and baby. Each class includes cardio, strength training, flexibility and labor preparation.
