Scope of Project
Remove two (2) existing air-handling units and associated piping and ductwork. Provide two (2) new rooftop units with gas heating and electric cooling. Provide associated supply and return ductwork routed above roof. Provide duct penetrations thru roof to new ceiling air devices. The associated thermostats shall be replaced with new Venstar 4900 WiFi connected thermostats.
