Wagner Community Center – New Rooftop Units for Classrooms Remove existing thru wall air conditioning units in classrooms and remove abandoned exhaust fans on roof. Patch wall and roof openings per plan notes. Provide two (2) new rooftop units with gas heating and electric cooling to serve classrooms. Provide associated supply ductwork routed above roof. Provide duct penetrations thru roof to new ceiling supply diffusers. Provide return duct from bottom of RTU down thru roof to ceiling return grilles. Provide new Venstar 4900 WiFi connected thermostats. ALTERNATE: Remove existing ductless split systems in the music rooms and office. Remove associated condensing units on roof. Provide one (1) new rooftop unit with gas heating and electric cooling to serve the music rooms and office. Provide associated supply and return ductwork routed above roof. Provide duct penetrations thru roof to new ceiling air devices. Provide new Venstar 4900 WiFi connected thermostat. Courts Plus – Locker Room Rooftop Unit Replacement Remove existing rooftop unit serving the locker room and associated adapter curb. Provide new rooftop unit and adapter curb. Reconnect existing gas and electrical services. Replace associated thermostat with new DDC sensor and tie into the existing building automation system. ALTERNATE: Provide alternate price for optional dehumidification control on new rooftop unit.
