Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Services to Update the Comprehensive and Strategic Plan

The Elmhurst Park District is requesting proposals from planning firms to provide professional services to update the District’s Comprehensive and Strategic Plan. The planning process will consist of the following components: conducting stakeholder engagement, updating the District’s needs assessment, facilitating a review of District strategy (mission, vision, and values), reevaluating unmet community needs and identifying new gaps and opportunities, determining priorities, and creating a phased implementation plan and final report.
