Wagner Community Center (WCC) Project
- Silt fencing and tree protection measures installed.
- Excavation, including asphalt removal, soil stripping, and footing excavation, underway along with site utility work.
- RFQ issued to solicit qualified firms for building commissioning services.
- Board approved bids for glulam beams and metal panels; rejected bid for fireproofing.
- Fifth package let for bid including fireproofing, gym equipment, numerous flooring surfaces, millwork, and overhead doors with bids opened on April 9.
Wilder Park Bandshell with Restrooms
- Board approved funding for non-referendum Master Plan components to accompany bandshell and restrooms.
- Board approved architectural & engineering services contracts with Upland Design and Dewberry Architects for implementation of the Wilder Park South Master Plan and recreation building redevelopment.
Restroom Buildings
- Eldridge Park - Ribbon Cutting held on April 11.
- Crestview Park – Board approved facility design.
- Prairie Path - Board approved facility design and staff had a second meeting with DuPage County Division of Transportation to discuss location.
