The tennis program has a bounce in its step this week! Courts Plus recently received news that they are a recipient of a USTA Indoor Facility Grant in the amount of $2825. The grant program was created to strengthen and support indoor tennis facilities through the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the USTA.
As Courts Plus continues to navigate new guidelines while maintaining its strong commitment to customer service and safety, this grant will help improve the tennis experience by assisting with expenses, such as tennis balls, teaching equipment, cleaning equipment and other tennis related expenses.
Courts Plus reopened its tennis courts for permanent court time, travel team practices and court reservations on September 8. Classes for children and adults at the beginner, intermediate and advanced level began the following week. Spots are still available in some classes. Online reservations are closed for classes, please stop by the Courts Plus Service Desk to register.
Look for more tennis programming to be featured in the Fall II November/December Brochure, set to be available in early October.
