Wagner Community Center (WCC) Project
- Final Planned Unit Development approved by City of Elmhurst Development, Zoning, and Planning Committee.
- Facility electricity disconnected and site fenced and secured. Detour erected to notify path users of certain path closures.
- Board approved contract for Precast Concrete.
- Bid packages issued for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Excavation, Site Utilities, Structural Steel, and Cast-in-Place-Concrete.
- Facility demolition underway; community groundbreaking held on December 6.
Wagner Community Center (WCC) Relocation
- Gymnastics and dance programs began at 185 Industrial Drive on December 1.
Eldridge Park Restroom Building
- Brickwork, rough electrical, and plumbing work inside the building, roofing is complete.
Wilder Park Bandshell with Restrooms
- On November 6,425 postcards announcing the November 20 open house mailed to homes in the vicinity of Wilder Park and communicated on social media and website.
- Open House held November 20 at Wilder Mansion to coincide with launch of Wilder Park South Concept Plans survey (approx. 60 attended).
- Sent targeted e-blast to District database, included in December District e-newsletter and distributed press release to the newspapers.
- Survey closed on December 1.
Prairie Path Restroom Building
- Survey results will be analyzed and findings presented at a future Board meeting.
