- Board approved bids for HVAC, Electrical and Technology, Plumbing, Structural Steel, and Fire Protection

- Third package let for bid including Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Metal Panels, Roofing, Curtain Wall, Elevator and Rough & Finish Carpentry. Bids opened on February 5.
- Board approved hiring a required third-party independent firm to conduct materials testing during construction.
Wilder Park Bandshell with Restrooms
- Board voted on Wilder Park South Master Plan individual components.
- Wilder Park Recreation Building Facility Assessment, with cost estimates for two options, was presented to Board who voted to replace the central restroom building location in the Wilder Park South Master Plan with redevelopment of existing Recreation Building.
- Board reviewed Wilder Park South Preliminary Master Plan with cost estimates.
- Third Open House was promoted to community with 489 postcards mailed, yard signs placed in the park and social media posts; held on February 5 at the Wilder Mansion.
Prairie Path Restroom Building
- Board approved staff recommendation to locate the Prairie Path restroom building at Spring Road near the gazebo.
- Staff met with DuPage County Division of Transportation staff to discuss the building location and required construction permits.
Crestview Park Master Plan
- Board approved professional services contract with V3, including restroom building.
