Wagner Community Center (WCC) Project
- Delivery and installation of StormTrap stormwater management system complete with backfilling over geotechnical fabric nearly complete.
- Pouring of concrete foundations completed in all four main areas.
- Precast wall panels installed for three main buildings.
- Structural steel installation underway.
- Furniture selection process underway.
Wilder Park Bandshell and Restroom
- Staff, along with Dewberry and Upland Design, presented the project to the City of Elmhurst Zoning and Planning Commission on August 25 to request a Conditional Use Permit for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD).
- As expected, the Commission had questions and responses are being compiled and will be presented to the Commission on September 15.
Crestview Park and Prairie Path Restroom Buildings
- Construction permits filed.
- Both projects approved by the City of Elmhurst Zoning and Planning Commission, Development, Planning and Zoning Committee, and City Council.

- Issued for bid on July 29 and recommended contractors will be brought to Park Board on September 14.
