2025 Pool Passes - On sale beginning February 3, 2025
General Pool Passes give you unlimited access to East End Pool and Norman P. Smalley Pool. Super Passes include unlimited entry to The Hub Spray Ground and both pools for an additional $25 per person.

Pool Pass Perks
- Pool Pass holders can enter one hour early every day before the general public.
- Pool Pass holders will receive four free guest passes per household for entry to East End Pool or Norman P. Smalley Pool
- Get a 10% discount on group swim lessons, deep water aerobics, private pool rentals, pool special events and Smalley Pool cabana rentals.
- To receive the 10% discount off group swim lessons or deep water aerobics, purchase a pool pass for the individual in a separate transaction before registering for the class or lesson.
Anyone 2 and over must present a current Pool Pass, photo ID or pay the daily admission fee to enter the pool. Pool Pass Photos can be taken at Wagner Community Center, East End Pool or Smalley Pool.
Pool Passes are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of the person to whom the membership was issued at the time of purchase. Violation of this policy automatically revokes the privileges extended.
Pool Punch Pass
Bring your friends, neighbors and guests along with a Punch Pass. Punch Passes can be purchased online and at Wagner Community Center prior to pool season and also at East End and Norman P. Smalley Pool during the season. Available to purchase during pool season.
