Additional Guidelines
- Cabana rental fees do not include facility admission fee. All guests must pay the daily admission fee or provide a current pool pass or pool punch pass to enter the facility.
- All swimmers must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the water slide at Norman P. Smalley Pool.
- Renter shall minimally provide one adult supervisor for every eight children ages six and older (1:8 ratio) and one adult supervisor for every five children under the age of six (1:5 ratio). This adult must be at least 16 years of age, in a swimsuit, and in the water actively supervising. Each adult supervisor will be identified as a Child Watcher.
- Cabana Renters and guests are permitted to bring in food and beverage items into the cabana area. Please be aware that glass containers are not allowed, and refrigerator space is not available.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all Elmhurst Park District Parks & Facilities.
- Additional amusement (i.e. face painter, magician, balloon artist, performer, etc.) are not permitted for cabana rentals.
- Food trucks, grills and catering are not permitted for cabana rentals.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If inclement weather causes the pool to be closed on the day of your scheduled cabana rental, you can reschedule, and the fees will be transferred to your new cabana rental date. If your rental is unable to be rescheduled a full refund will be issued.
- Any other cancellations must be made 10 days in advance to receive a full refund.
