Park/City/School Committee Update

Intergovernmental Agreement with DuPage Department of Transportation for the Prairie Path Realignment
The Park Board approved an Intergovernmental Agreement with DuPage County Department of Transportation for the Prairie Path realignment to ensure safety. The portion of Wild Meadows Trace along Seminole is one of the proposed stormwater mitigation sites. Should the City's stormwater management plan be approved by the Park Board, the detention site would need to be shifted to the east, but it would also eliminate the need to build an aggregate path connection in the City's plans, thus reducing costs for the City.
