Construction on the Eldridge Park Heated Restroom Building is moving along. Landscape restoration has been completed in areas where underground utilities were installed. Roofing, brickwork, along with rough electrical and plumbing work inside the building, is ongoing. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
The building is situated near the playground along Spring Road and will give park users access to safe, clean, heated restrooms year-round. The location was selected based on its proximity to many of Eldridge’s amenities, including walking paths, soccer fields, tennis/roller hockey courts and the playground. Once finished, the building will be open daily and locked each night.
