The work shall consist of a stream restoration project located at the municipal Sugar Creek Golf Course, Villa Park, Ilinois. The work includes stream stabilization, meander channel construction, sheet pile removal and offsite disposal, pond sediment removal and disposal onsite, construction of off-bank clay berms, wetland construction, concrete removal, rock lining, riffles, overflow spillways, grading of streambank and riparian slopes, stump removal, off-site tree, rubbish, and shrub disposal, native plant seeding, furnishing and installing live plant materials, and other items.
