Over the course of the last year, the Elmhurst Park District, along with so many other businesses, has had to make significant modifications to programs and events to stay in compliance with the Restore Illinois guidelines. Due to the financial loss the District experienced related to the pandemic, a number of positions were eliminated resulting in a 20% drop in full time staffing levels.
As the District looks ahead to the remainder of 2021 and beyond, staff would like to obtain feedback from residents on the level of customer service they’ve received from District staff over the last year (from March 2020 to now). Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions.
