The playground redevelopment at Plunkett Park is coming along with most of the equipment laid out and the freestanding Global Motion structure being installed this week. The Global Motion provides thrills for many kids at once, as fourteen nets allow kids to climb, rotate and explore two levels of fun!
Next, the concrete footings for the equipment and benches will be poured. After the concrete footings are poured, the gravel base will be prepared for the installation of the artificial turf surfacing. The project is still on track to be completed by October 2017.
