The Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art presented at the January 28, 2015 meeting of the Park Board to explore the possibility of building a new museum in Wilder Park, operating the existing museum during construction and eventually ceasing operations in the current building.
New location possibilities were presented and the Park Board briefly disucussed these options. The Park Board recommended that the museum hold public meetings to garner community opinions and feedback.
