Pool Passes on sale beginning February 2
General Pool Passes give you unlimited access to East End Pool and Norman P. Smalley Pool. Pre-season rates are available February 2-May 22, 2026. Pool passes can be purchased online and in-person at Kies Recreation Center and 185 Industrial Drive. Passes can also be purchased at the pools once the season begins.
Pool Pass Perks
- Four free guest passes per household (valid for entry May 23-September 7, 2026).
- 10% discount on aquatics programs, pool rentals, pool special events and Smalley Pool cabana rentals through September 7, 2026. (StarBabies swim lessons are excluded from discount).
- To receive the 10% discount, purchase a pool pass for the individual in a separate transaction before registering for the class or lesson.
- Enter one hour early every day before the general public.
Super Pass
Maximize your fun with a Super Pass, which includes unlimited entry to The Hub Spray Ground and both pools for an additional $25 per person.
