Back in March, new customer service standards were rolled out to all levels of staff at the Elmhurst Park District. Staff is regularly making an effort to improve the level of service we provide and are committed to “Bringing our ‘A’ Game”. And now we’d love to hear from you!
We’re teaming up with Glass & Grain Photography to provide a mini-photo session ($250 value) for one lucky winner who completes the survey!
To Enter: Click the link below to access the survey. Please take a few minutes to tell us how we’re doing, to recognize any staff you feel currently is bringing their “A” game on a regular basis, or provide feedback on how we can improve.
At the end of the survey, you’ll have an opportunity to provide your contact info to enter the drawing. The survey will close on Sunday, July 21, and the winner will be chosen and contacted on the morning of Monday, July 22.
The Fine Print:
· No purchase necessary.
· Winner will receive 5-10 edited digital images no later than 4 weeks from the session date.
· Session MUST occur in Elmhurst, IL during one of the following dates/times:
-Monday, July 29, 10:00 - 10:30am
-Monday, July 29, 7:00 - 7:30pm
-Monday, August 5, 7:00 - 7:30pm
· Session is limited to the immediate family (up to 6 individuals).
· Winner understands Glass & Grain Photography and Elmhurst Park District may use these images on their website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
· Winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted on the morning of Monday, July 22.
· Winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize and select the desired session date/time.
