Centrally located in Elmhurst, Centennial Park features a playground, geyser fountain, picnic shelter and adult fitness equipment.

The geyser fountains are programmed to run seasonally 10 am-6 pm and will turn on sporadically for brief time periods, 2-3 times an hour. There is no outside button to activate them.

History

The land was purchased in 2019 to expand the amount of green space available to residents in this area of Elmhurst. Dedicated in 2020, during the Park District's 100th year, the name of the park reflects back with pride on the last 100 years of the District while looking ahead toward the future with hope and optimism. The park was developed in 2022.
