Prep Gymnastics Teams
Boys & Girls prep teams are invitation only school-year-long programs for gymnasts who show gymnastics potential in an effort to prepare for a future team placement. Focus will be on developing skills as well as form and technique. The Elmhurst Gymnastics Center offers multiple levels in our prep track including:
- Rock Stars - Boys (ages 5 & up)
- Developmental- Girls (ages 5 & up)

Competitive Gymnastics Teams
The Elmhurst Gymnastics Center is the home of Boys & Girls competitive gymnastics teams including:
- Boys - AAU Level 4 & 5 USAG Level 6 & up
- Girls - Level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Our school-year-long programs follow USAG guidelines and compete in the AAU/GIJO and USAG leagues. Team placement is by invitation-only, comprised of gymnasts who are looking to advance their skills in a competitive arena. For additional information, please call (630) 993-8921.
