The outdoor picnic tent at the Hub at Berens Park is available to rent for corporate functions, family gatherings, special events, parties and more. This package deal also includes a discounted rental of the Lee Daniels Pavilion, an indoor party room with doors that open directly to the tent. This package deal offers additional tables, chairs, a private indoor bathroom/changing room, and a kitchenette. Perfect for storing food or a catering set-up, or for additional air conditioned space.

- Resident: $176.40/hour ($88/hour + $108/hour + 10% off total price for multi-facility discount)
- Non-Resident: $220.50/hour ($110/hour + $135/hour + 10% off total price for multi-facility discount)
- $100 Refundable Damage Deposit fee charged at the time of booking.
