On Friday, July 31 the City provided a draft of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) along with an addendum that specifically addresses York Commons. The City’s attorney included the following note:
“Please find attached a revised draft of the proposed intergovernmental agreement and addendum related to York Commons Park. Please be advised that not all of the City staff has had an opportunity to comment on this draft and we reserve the right for further comment. We would also note that we would like to have further discussions regarding the terms related to the extension of the use of the City’s Maintenance Facility as expressed in Section 2 of the IGA.”
Subsequently on Friday, August 7 the City provided a revised draft with their most recent changes redlined.
