In an effort to make accessing Park Board documents more streamlined and user-friendly, Park Board meeting agendas, minutes and related material will now be available electronically through Board Docs.
This cloud-based service improves the District’s governance processes and its communication with the community, while saving staff time and taxpayer dollars. The easy-to-use service allows immediate publishing of Board meeting documents and policies, giving community users quick access to the most up-to-date information.
Also, while these documents were available electronically on the Park District website in the past, Board Docs improves the experience for users, who can now quickly locate what they’re looking for within board minutes or agendas, cutting down on time spent scrolling and clicking through documents.
All documents associated with Park Board meetings are automatically archived and can be accessed by date or by using the system’s comprehensive Search feature.
Audio recordings of Park Board meetings are also available through Board Docs. After each meeting, users can click on the agenda and locate the audio file at the bottom of the page.
