Eldridge Park East Playground Project

Replacement of Eldridge Park's east playground planned for 2020

Plans are coming together for the redevelopment of Eldridge Park’s east playground, which Elmhurst Park District intends to replace in 2020. The Park Board approved playground concepts at the Monday, January 13 Park Board meeting.

In order to gather feedback and engage the community in the playground’s concept, the Park District performed in-person surveys at Eldridge Park during the spring and summer of 2019 and held a Party in the Park Input Meeting last August to see what changes the community was interested in seeing at the park.

Take our survey and help plan Eldridge Park's east playground!

The Elmhurst Park District is looking for your input on the replacement of Eldridge Park's east playground, located along Spring Road. This playground will be updated during the summer of 2020.

During the summer of 2019, the Park District collected public survey responses and gathered public input at an August Party in the Park regarding what amenities and features the community would like to see in the playground.

Based on the public’s input, three nature themed playground concepts have been generated and we invite you to complete this short survey to provide feedback.
